Polaris Art Week
2023 Spring
(Updates TBD!)

  • On March 7th and 9th, 2023, I will lead ART326 students to collaborate with Ms. Birdy, the Polaris Expeditionary Learning School (Fort Collins, CO) art teacher and our program's alumnus. My students will teach 20 students from Polaris at our CSU art education classroom. There will be 5 different stations for students to choose to participate. In this collaboration, my students will share their passion for making art with the young learners and practice how to facilitate the art education theories about choice-based stations, TAB (Teaching for Artistic Behaviors), and Studio Habits of Mind for students.
