Outdoor Classroom
@ Visual Art Building, CSU
From 2021 fall to 2022 spring semester, ART325 and ART326 students planned and transformed the backyard outside of the art education wing into an outdoor classroom to expand the classroom for learning and teaching.
The actual transformation happened in 2022 spring. ART326 students designed applied emergent curriculum and issue-based learning as pedagogies to peer teach social justice art lessons by integrating technology.
